People say, you "should" practice self-care. But when would you even have time? Or what does self-care even mean? We know we should better manage stress, but “how” do we do so in a sustainable way?
Let me introduce mindfulness, not in a typical setting where you find quiet time to meditate, but a space where you find yourself in the chaos.

What you will learn:
This isn't your typical mindfulness program. We're not asking you to meditate for 20 minutes while your toddler destroys the lounge room.
You'll discover how to:
Pause in the moment - even just 3 seconds - before reacting when your child is melting down
Use the RAIN technique to move through difficult emotions instead of trying to suppress them
Recognise your body's warning signs before you lose your temper
Practice self-compassion after the hard moments (because you will have hard moments - we all do)
Shift from control to curiosity with your child's behaviour
Grieve who you were before parenthood, so you can embrace who you're becoming
Build sustainable practices that work in real life, not just in theory

Learn to meet your emotions with presence instead of pushing them away

Practice kindness toward yourself and curiosity toward your little one

Meet your instructor
Hi I'm Kaori, a certified mindfulness instructor and parent of two boys under 3.
I know what it's like to wake up multiple times a night, negotiate over having one more bite of broccoli, and chase after a little human who is refusing to get dressed. I've lost my temper, compared myself with childless friends who were advancing their careers, and I felt small and lost confidence in my own ability to serve in society.
I leaned towards mindfulness - particularly the RAIN technique and self-compassion - that I’ve practiced for over a decade, which tremendously helped me to return to myself, meeting the hard moments with more presence and curiosity rather than judgment or control. And I realised that what parents need isn’t a simple stress management technique in a quiet space but rather incorporating mindfulness even in the midst of a chaos.
I created this program because new parents need more than generic self-care advice. We need practical tools that work when we're exhausted, overstimulated, and running on fumes.
